What a great experience out of a horrible one. I recently purchased insurance through Baja Bound...nd had to file a claim as a result of an accident. The people at Baja Bound helped with every step of the process and helped follow up with the carrier to ensure payment was made. It's a nice feeling, to be treated like a VIP
