Michelle L. is the best Client Care Specialist! I originally purchased a policy a few months ago...hen we moved to Mexico. Then, my car ended up breaking down (while visiting family in the US) So I had to cancel the policy for that one and find another car to drive back down to Mexico. Imagine the hassle!!
