I’ve used them for years and it’s always been quick and easy to get our insurance when...ng to Baja. I’m reviewing now because I just had one of the best customer service experiences ever. We had gone to Baja last week for the day and on the drive I got 24 hour liability coverage for our car. A couple days after getting home Angela from Baja Bound emailed to see how the trip went and I emailed back great but I had forgotten that we have a yearly policy as drivers in Mexico until Jan 2025 when I purchased the insurance for the day-duh! Angela checked with the insurance underwriters, explained the situation and they refunded what we paid for the day. It wasn’t even on my radar to try to get a refund, I told her because I had thought it was funny that I’m such a knucklehead. It’s really, really refreshing to deal with someone who is so conscientious and diligent about their job. It’s so rare people actually do their job effectively much less going above and beyond like this. Thank you Angela and Baja Bound for your service!

Used them for the first time - twice in the past 10 days. LOVED how easy it was to customize my own...n policy right at my desk, print up the document and head south! So easy! The price was very fair, as well. Luckily, I didn't have to launch a claim (knock on wood), so I can't comment on their actual policy servicing, but getting insurance online for my trip to Baja was awesomely easy.

Michelle L. is the best Client Care Specialist! I originally purchased a policy a few months ago...hen we moved to Mexico. Then, my car ended up breaking down (while visiting family in the US) So I had to cancel the policy for that one and find another car to drive back down to Mexico. Imagine the hassle!! I was so thankful that Michelle was able to help me via email with all of the necessary steps and info I needed to ensure a smooth transition on changing the vehicles on my policy.
