Baja Bound Insurance has gone above and beyond for me in their customer care. I was a pain as a...stomer, bought the wrong insurance, had to cancel it and a buy a new policy. Then was concerned and emailing them about the refund of the first policy. They emailed back promptly and assured me and walked me through it. Then a few weeks later I wanted to upgrade my policy to include all of Mexico and not just Baja and sent an email and had an immediate response that they were happy to help and an explanation on how to do it. Honestly I'd give them 10 stars. I'm so grateful and impressed with their service and customer care.

Baja Bound is genuinely excellent to deal with. Their team is professional and actually cares! I...as initially having some trouble getting a claim covered, but Yara was instrumental in following up with Chubb and ultimately things worked out.
