Todos Santos Contest

For the first time in over ten years, the Todos Santos Big Wave Surf Contest is on! This invite-only contest will bring elite big wave surfers from around the world to Todos Santos island, located roughly 12 miles off of the coast of Ensenada in northern Baja. The wave at Todos Santos, known as Killers, is a staple in big wave surfing and one of a handful of surf spots allowing paddle surfers to push the limits of what is considered rideable. Invitees include Greg and Rusty Long, Peter Mel, Shane Dorian, Kelly Slater, Taylor Knox, Grant "Twiggy" Baker, Nathan Fletcher, Coco Nogales, Mike Parsons, Carlos Burle and more. The waiting period for the contest will be February 1-28. The invited surfers will have 72 hours advance notice that the contest is on. The surf must be a minimum of 30 feet on the face, so if mother nature cooperates this February, you can expect to see some incredible surfing coupled with the raw power of the Pacific Ocean in prime wintertime form.
