I had a very pleasant phone conversation with her. In short Ms. Shauna is an excellent professional lady! I had insurance with Baja Bound (HDI) for almost 4 years. But my Sentri expired and I had to reapply again. Ms. Shauna helps you and provide you with all sort of good information. I wish every company was as easy to deal with as Baja Bound. I ended up staying in Baja longer than...n expected and it took a 3 minute phone call from a truck stop for them to extend my policy. Every time I call or email, I''m treated like they actually know me! I can't say enough good things about them!!!!
