Baja Bound Mexico Insurance provided great assistance during our drive into Hermosillo Son. last...ecember 2021. We were victims of extortioners that staged a crash against us and demanded a large sum of money. The M.O. was faking a call to our Mexican agent and that we needed to pay damages on the spot. The Baja Insurance agent based in the U.S. (Shana) really helped us to get out of that dangerous situation safety. We are greatly grateful to Shana and Baja Bound Mexico Ins. who helped us successfully resolve that scary incident.

Rigo at the office has been so supportive and awesome, both on e-mail and by telephone. He helped...me figure out details of my trip, sort out an insurance, policy, find a mechanic... and always so helpful and kind. and when I chickened out and turned around and left Mexico, they even promptly processed a very decent partial refund. Used them for the first time - twice in the past 10 days. LOVED how easy it was to customize my own...n policy right at my desk, print up the document and head south! So easy! The price was very fair, as well. Luckily, I didn't have to launch a claim (knock on wood), so I can't comment on their actual policy servicing, but getting insurance online for my trip to Baja was awesomely easy.
