I have been insuring my F350 truck in Baja California Sur through Bajabound for a few years and it... has always been simple and straightforward set up and renew online. I recently had a problem with my truck in San Jose Del Cabo and had to get it towed. I have roadside assist coverage and wanted to put in a claim for reimbursement and I was fortunate to be helped by Yara Garci-Crespo, Director of Operations at Bajabound Insurance. She was extremely helpful and handled almost all the communication with Luis Salas, Roadside Assist Claims Executive. I am sure she went beyond the requirements of her position with the amount of effort she put in. She even got the tow company to provide an official receipt needed for the claim. The tow was late in the evening and the driver could not provide an official receipt, we just got a hand-written receipt on arrival. Both Yara and Luis kept me informed with cc. messages throughout the whole process. The end result was that the claim was rapidly and painlessly processed and paid. Outstanding service! Thank you!
