Hacienda Guadalupe is a luxury Valle de Guadalupe retreat located just off the Tecate-Ensenada highway at km 81.5 offering its own vineyards, hotel and on-site restaurant. With four hectares of vineyards planted in Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo, Hacienda Guadalupe produces its own house wine along with a Tempranillo/Cabernet Sauvignon blend, a 100% Merlot and a Nebbiolo.

The wines are crafted with love by two independent winemakers - Dr. Alejandro Cabello Passini of Passini winery, and Ing. Tomas Lopez of Magbel Wines. At present, Hacienda Guadalupe label wines are produced on the grounds and sold only to guests and visitors to the property, with no current plans for widespread distribution.

In addition to its own private label, Hacienda Guadalupe is a warm supporter of many local wineries and their artisanal wines. In addition to their own wines, more than seventy wines from local area wineries are featured in the 1200 bottle Hacienda Guadalupe wine cellar, offered with great pride and love for the region.

Any of these delicious regional wines may be purchased as part of a tasting or paired with outstanding meals prepared by the Hacienda Guadalupe restaurant, a casual and relaxed but major local restaurant offering traditional Mexican and international cuisine. Thanks to the beautiful terrace which extends from the restaurant, dinner guests can sit and soak in spectacular panoramic views of the Valle de Guadalupe countryside and its vivid sunsets. With a seating capacity for 200, the venue works very well for both small and large gatherings and is often sought after for country banquets and weddings.

Many visitors to the Hacienda Guadalupe vineyards decide spontaneously to stay overnight in one of the hotel's twelve charming rooms, each of which features its own terrific view of the Valle and a private balcony or terrace. A swimming pool and jacuzzi, lounge and gift shop are all easily accessed to enhance the hotel experience.
