Bajabound.com is proud to be partnering with ULBC Casabuilders for their house building trips to Mexico. ULBC Casabuilders (“Unless the LORD builds the CASA”...Psalm 127:1) started in 2001 and is comprised of volunteers of all ages that wish to donate their time, talent and treasure to build homes for poor families in the Tijuana and Tecate areas of Baja, Mexico. Since it’s inception the Casabuilders have built over 15 homes and two churches and helped financially to meet the needs of poor and destitute families in Baja California.
Based in the San Francisco bay area, the Casabuilders travel via auto, SUV, truck and van to Mexico several times per year. They have 4 regularly scheduled trips each year, but more trips are added as groups wish to join in their missions to Mexico. They team up with Baja Vision Ministries in Mexico and the City of Angels Orphanage (www.tjkids.org). Their trips aren’t complete until they've spent an evening with the kids at the orphanage eating pizza and ice cream. Who would have known that serving the Lord and serving others could be so much fun! They always welcome anyone who has a heart to serve.
