This section covers real estate south of Playas de Tijuana beginning with Punta Bandera and ending before Baja Malibu. Offering amazing ocean views, these developments are conveniently located right off the scenic toll road. This desirable area is also quite convenient for frequent border crossers, being only a 10-15 minute drive from the border.

Along this part of the coastline, the majority of the development has been residential. Locals drive to either Rosarito or Tijuana for shopping and other amenities since there are only a few smaller conveniences available. The developments in this area are just minutes from the ocean view golf course of Real del Mar. Real del Mar also has a restaurant, hotel, gym, spa and equestrian center. Playas de Tijuana is just a few minutes up the toll road and offers grocery stores, movie theaters, and more. Rosarito is a short drive south where lots of restaurants, shopping and attractions are available.

Punta Bandera is the future location of the world class Trump Ocean Resort, a three tower luxurious and modern condo-hotel that will feature a spa and restaurants. The resort will be set up on a small cliff overlooking the rocky coastline. The Trump Ocean Resort is really the only feature of Punta Bandera.

Just south of Punta Bandera before reaching Real del Mar are a number of high quality ocean front developments located on some of the most desirable real estate along the Gold Coast. They are unique in that they not only have amazing ocean views, but they feature secluded coves and access to sandy beaches. Real del Mar and Baja Malibu are also along the coast of Tijuana, but since they are small towns with many developments, we have created separate sections for them.
