Filing a Claim

All claims must be reported before you leave the Republic of Mexico. Any claim not reported may be subject to denial.

Genworth or ACE will need the following information:

• Policyholder's name
• Policy number
• Agent's name
• Description of the insured vehicle
• Description of third party's vehicle (if applicable)
• Coverage in force
• Exact location of where the event took place
• Telephone number (if available)
• Brief description of the event
