All ACE Seguros policies include Platinum Assist, a comprehensive legal, medical and roadside assistance service. Platinum Assist is available 24 hours a day and staffed with bilingual professionals. The service includes:

Legal Assistance and Bail Bond:

• Legal defense & bail bond in the event of a car accident. This will provide you with legal protection, presence of a lawyer and legal defense. Bail bond(s) if necessary will be posted up to US $30,000 (or its equivalent in pesos).
• Legal assistance case of damages to third parties (bodily injury and property damage)
• Legal assistance in case of robbery, assault, or violation

Medical Assistance - Available for up to four people:

• Air ambulance in case of emergency
• Land ambulance transportation
• Medical references available 24 hours a day for medical visits at medical centers and medical visits at the patient's location
• Airplane tickets to place of residence or to destination in case of serious injury or illness
• Airplane ticket and hotel for a relative or friend to visit insured in case of serious injury or illness

Roadside Assistance:

• Services provided in case of lockout, flat tire, lack of fuel or dead battery
• Towing to nearest repair shop or up to US $300 limit to another location
• Rental car in case of mechanical failure of vehicle

Additional Features:

• Airplane tickets for up to four people in case vehicle is a total loss, stolen or being repaired for an extended period
• Tourist information such as weather, sporting events, museum schedules and travel reservations
• Urgent message services
• Cash advance
